Privacy

Podcasts is Forward Church’s private sermon review and publishing workspace.

Sign-in

Google and Cloudflare Access authenticate individually approved reviewers. Having a Forward email address alone does not grant access. This connection does not give Podcasts your Google password or access to your Gmail or Drive.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using browser and network signals under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Secure, HTTP-only cookies bind a validated browser check to your verified identity for up to eight hours. Signing out clears that browser proof and requests Cloudflare Access sign-out, which can affect other applications sharing that Access login.

Media and operations

Authorized reviewers can inspect prepared sermon recordings, edit episode details, adjust audio boundaries and approve publication. Cloudflare hosts the application and episode records. GitHub runs preparation jobs; Cloudflare Stream, YouTube and Buzzsprout provide media or publication services. Playing embedded video or audio makes requests to those providers under their own privacy notices. Operational logs record processing and errors.

Review before publishing

Automatic preparation is a starting point. Check the title, speaker and audio boundaries before approving an episode. Publishing or changing a published episode can affect the public podcast feed.

Keep access secure

Do not share passwords, sessions or access. Sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Switching apps does not grant additional permissions.

Connected services

Cloudflare, Google/YouTube, GitHub and Buzzsprout operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Availability depends on those services. Contact hello@justinallen.net for help.
